The Treatment Process

Beginning treatment is a big decision, but you don’t have to face it alone. Our compassionate admissions team will help you navigate every detail with care, clarity, and respect.

The Path

Three Stages of Care.

Nothing happens before you’re ready — and you’ll know exactly what’s next at every step.

01

Connect

A free, confidential conversation with an admissions specialist. No phone trees, no scripts — just a person who listens and helps you understand options.

02

Clinical Evaluation

A 30–45 minute video evaluation with a licensed clinician. We’ll understand what you’re navigating and recommend the right level of care.

03

Begin Treatment

Most clients start within 24–72 hours of their first call. We verify benefits, send a secure login, and walk you through what to expect.

Inside the Program

What a Typical Week Looks Like.

A schedule built around real life — work, school, family, sleep.

Group Therapy

3–4 days per week, ~3 hours per session. Small process and skills groups led by licensed clinicians, with a maximum of 10 participants.

Individual Therapy

Weekly one-on-one session with the therapist assigned to you for the duration of your program.

Medication Management

Visits with a board-certified psychiatric provider as clinically appropriate — typically weekly to start, then less frequent as you stabilize.

Family Sessions

Optional family therapy and a separate family education group, because recovery is more durable when the people closest to you are part of it.

Case Management

A case manager handles court documentation, employer letters, school accommodations, and step-down planning so you can focus on treatment.

Peer Community

Group members become part of your support network during treatment — and stay connected through alumni programming afterward.

After Treatment

Care Doesn't End at Discharge.

Treatment is a beginning, not a destination.

Step-Down Outpatient

For most clients, a transition to weekly outpatient therapy makes the gains durable. Same therapist when possible.

Alumni Programming

Weekly virtual alumni meetings, mentorship pairings, and community events. Lifetime access — at no cost.

Crisis Re-Entry

If life happens and you need to come back, your records, team, and history are already here. No starting over.
